AQHA registered "Poco Keith", became a member of the family way back in 1968 when Poco was 5 yrs. old. He started out as a western show horse and he was untouchable. As Judy became more involved in the horse racing industry, Poco became a lead pony. Poco worked hard day and night to keep Judy and her daughter Debby housed and fed.

His hard work paid off and Poco retired from racetrack duty and became Debby's show pony in 1978. Debby and Poco showed on the ECSJ circuit for years, until Debby realized that she liked to jump ALOT more than Poco did! Poco was a show stopper and not defeated very often at the Atlantic County 4-H fair's where Debby showed him western.

You could never find a more gentle and good hearted horse than Poco. He kept our family afloat in times of need, taught Judy's daughter Debby to ride, and continues teaching the next generation, Debby's children, the unconditional love a horse can offer.

March 3rd 1963 - June 27th, 2000

Thank you for all the memories, fulfilled hopes and dreams, being my baby-sitter, companion and friend....I will treasure them, and you...always. For there isn't any persons on earth who could love a horse more than we loved, and still love, you Poco.

Good bye old friend, may you rest in peace.
